ERIC SUCAR staff A youngster enjoys a ride on "Surf City" during the Colts Neck Country Fair on Aug. 15 at the Bucks Mill Recreation Area, Colts Neck. The fair provided visitors with four days of rides, games, crafts, vendors, food, entertainment and a forum for community organizations to raise awareness and money.
