Hall of Fame seeking nominees

Nominations are being sought for recognition in the Freehold High School Hall of Fame. Graduates who have distinguished themselves in a variety of fields (excluding athletics) and have proven to be positive role models to current high school students are eligible.

Past honorees include sculptor Jim Gary, actor David Garrison, vocalist Juanita Baskerville Brown, and all graduates who have served in the military.

Anyone who knows of an FHS graduate who meets the above-stated criteria can send that person's name, year of graduation, and a brief explanation of his/her career achievements to Susan Shrott, Freehold High School, 2 Robertsville Road, Freehold 07728 by Sept. 1. Those nominating the graduates must include their names and a contact number.

The names of staff members who worked at Freehold High School for 25 or more years are also being sought for inclusion in the school's "Quarter Century Club." Names, years of service, job titles, dates of employment, and contact numbers for the potential honorees and/or their family members may be sent to the address above.
