Jean M. Anderson

Mrs. Anderson, 87, of Jackson and formerly of Freehold Township, died June 2, 2008, at The Manor, Freehold Township. She was a waitress at the American Hotel, Freehold, the Colts Neck Inn, Freehold Gardens in Freehold Township, and the Buttonwood Manor in Matawan. Surviving are four daughters and three sons-in-law, Carole Mc- Donald of Manchester, Lynne and Walter Christen of Waterbury, Conn., Janine and Wayne Prochnow of Freehold, and Tracey and Steven Bruseski of Jackson; a sister, Shirley Carter of Vero Beach; and 10 grandchildren. The funeral liturgy was celebrated at St. Aloysius Roman Catholic Church, Jackson, followed by entombment at Maplewood Chapel Mausoleum, Freehold Township. Memorial donations may be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, 246 Monmouth Road, Oakhurst, NJ 07755. Arrangements were by Higgins Memorial Home, Freehold.
