Used book sale returns to Freehold

MATT DENTON Dee Wenzelburger sorts through some of the 20,000 books that have been amassed by the Freehold Area Branch of the American Association of University Women in anticipation of the organization's annual book sale that will take place at the Freehold Reformed Church, 67 W. Main St., Freehold Borough, June 25-28.
FREEHOLD - Browsers and buyers, get set. The annual used book sale sponsored by the Freehold Area Branch of the American Association of University Women is returning to Freehold Borough.

The AAUW will hold its annual sale of used books at the Freehold Reformed Church, 67 W. Main St., on the following dates:
• June 25, 5-9 p.m.
• June 26-27, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
• June 28, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

More than 20,000 books will be for sale. Proceeds from the sale will support women in their educational pursuits as well as the Open Door after-school program for children in Freehold.

An admission charge of $7 will only be in effect on the first night of the book sale (June 25). Admission to the book sale at all other times is free.

No more donations of used books are being accepted. For more information, call 732-501-1803 or 732-521-2725.
