Timothy Christopher Sullivan

Mr. Sullivan, 88, of Howell and formerly of Freehold, died May 1, 2008, at home. He was a decorated U.S. Army veteran, serving during World War II in Europe and the Pacific, and a member of the DisabledAmerican VeteransAssociation. Mr. Sullivan was a serviceman with PSE&G, Summit, for more than 30 years, retiring in 1981. He was predeceased by his wife, Ethel; two brothers, John A. and Eugene G. Sullivan; and two sisters, Helen Maurer and Marion McConnell. Mr. Sullivan is survived by a daughter, Maryellen "Maizie" Katona, Howell; a sister, GeraldineA. SullivanWilson, Howell; and two grandchildren. A funeral Mass was celebrated at St. Genevieve's Roman Catholic Church, Elizabeth, followed by interment in St. Gertrude's Catholic Cemetery, Colonia. Arrangements were by the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, Freehold Township.
