Entries now accepted for senior citizen art contest

Entries are now being accepted for Monmouth County's annual 2008 senior citizen art contest and exhibition scheduled for July 3-31 at Monmouth County Library Headquarters, Symmes Road, Manalapan. Entry deadline is June 20.

Residents age 60 and older are invited to submit one piece of original, visual art for the contest. Categories in both the professional and nonprofessional divisions are acrylic, craft, digital imagery, drawing, mixed media, oil, pastel, photography, print, sculpture and watercolor.
