Freehold Twp. Board of Education will face challenging decisions
We wish to express our sincere thanks and appreciation to the voters of Freehold Township who supported us in the recent school board election. We want the residents of the township to know that we will do all that we can to ensure the continued success of our schools.

We have one of the finest school systems in the state of New Jersey. It is a system that all of us can be very proud to be a part of. We will do our best to make certain that we continue to provide the best educational opportunities for our children.

This will be a difficult period because state aid has been reduced and the school budget defeated. We will have to make adjustments that reflect the realities of reduced funding. Some of these adjustments may be unpleasant and some we are certain will be criticized.

In all cases, however, we will strive to consider the needs of the children as paramount. We solicit your involvement and your interest as we go forward in these challenging times. Thank you once again.
