• The Knights of Columbus Prince of Peace Council No. 5903 Manalapan- Englishtown will serve a community breakfast on May 18 in Petri Hall at St. Thomas More Roman Catholic Church, 186 Gordons Corner Road, Manalapan. • The Jewish Learning Institute will present "Reaching Your Spiritual Potential," a new and expanded revision of the course "Soul Powers." Drawing on the organizational structure of the Kabbalah, this course examines the nature of the human soul created in the image of God. • A Boating Basics course will be offered by NJ Boating Safety Classes at Brandywine Assisted Living Facility, 49 LaSatta Avenue, Englishtown, May 20 and 21 from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. The twoevening course meets the needs of boaters and personal watercraft (PWC) operators for a basic overview of boat and PWC operation, while meeting the new NJ law state requirements for boating safety education certification.
