Arthur M. Philips Mr. Philips, 65, of Manalapan Township, diedApril 1, 2008, at CentraStateMedical Center in Freehold Township. He lived in Old Bridge for 31 years before moving to Manalapan four years ago. Mr. Philips was a bond broker at various Wall Street firms for 27 years. He was predeceased by his father,William. Mr. Philips is survived by his wife of 26 years, Jeannine; two sons and daughters-in-law, Michael and Eileen of Lumberton and William and Lori of Staten Island; three daughters, Patrisa Philips of Venice, Fla., and Dawn and Danielle Philips, both of Manalapan; his mother, Eugenia Philips of Brick; two brothers, Gerald ofAnnapolis, Md., and Paul of Brick; and two grandchildren.Afuneral liturgy was celebrated at St. Thomas More Roman Catholic Church in Manalapan, followed by private interment. The Freeman Funeral Home, Manalapan, was in charge of arrangements.
