Marlboro student's poem published in magazine

The March 2008 issue of "Highlights for Children" has published a poem titled "Baseball" by 9-year-old Michael Astarita Jr., a fourth-grade student at the Robertsville School, Marlboro.

Michael, the child of Michael and Natalie Astarita of Morganville, enjoys baseball, reading, basketball, magic and math. He hopes to be a baseball player when he grows up.
Baseball
Baseball is exciting.
It is so much fun.
Once you start to play,
you can never be done.
It is fun to field.
It is fun to bat.
All you need is a glove,
a ball, and a hat.
