John Lohman

Mr. John Lohman, 60, of Freehold Township, diedMarch 3 at CentraStateMedical Center. Born in New Brunswick, he moved to Freehold 30 years ago. He worked as a heavy equipment operator for R. Curley Backhoe Service & Excavation Co. of Freehold Township. Mr. Lohman is survived by his long-time companion,MaryAnn Barth; his two sons, John Jr. and Michael Lohman; his two daughters, Charlotte Norris and Paula Parker, all of Salisbury, N.C.;Ms. Barth's children, Susan Ryan of Minnesota, Raymond Barth of Freehold, Brenda Barth of Asbury Park, Kenneth Barth of Clarksburg and Randy Barth of Freehold; his three brothers, James ofManchester, Patrick of Monroe Twp., and Robert of Jamesburg; two sisters, Betty Leepin of Old Bridge and Pamela Lohman of Jamesburg; 17 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Services were held at the Freeman Funeral Home, Freehold, and interment was at Old Tennent Cemetery, Manalapan.
