Joseph Derevjanik

Mr. Derevjanik, 78, a resident of Freehold Township since 1961, died on March 5. He was employed by Pandick Press, New York until his retirement and was an umpire and referee in many Freehold sports leagues. Mr. Derevjanik was predeceased by his wife, Helen in 1995; a son, Glenn in 1992; and a sister, Mary Davin in 1990. Surviving are two daughters and a sonin law, Nancy and Jack O'Prandy and Kathy Dorf, all of Freehold; and four grandchildren. Funeral services were held at St. Peter's Episcopal Church, Freehold, followed by entombment at Holmdel Mausoleum, Holmdel. Arrangements were handled by the Higgins Memorial Home, Freehold.
