Alvie Tyler

Mrs. Tyler, 75, ofManalapan Township died Feb. 24 at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township. She was a native of Jefferson County, Ga. Surviving are four children, Derryl Heath and her husband Freddie, Wadley, Ga., Sharon Rogers and her husband Clarence, Kevin Tyler and his wife Linda, Jacksonville, Fla., and Jacqueline Simmons and her husband Donald, Englishtown; two brothers, Jimmy Heath, Louisville, Ga., and Linzie Heath, Rochester, N.Y.; a sister, Vivian Jones, Rochester, N.Y.; and many other relatives and friends. Funeral services were held at the Bethel A.M.E. Church, followed by interment atMaplewood Cemetery, both in Freehold. Higgins Memorial Home, Freehold, was in charge of arrangements.
