Lisa Borden Applegate

Miss Applegate, 38, of East Brunswick, and formerly ofManalapan and Freehold Township, died Feb. 24, 2008, at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, Neptune. She was a graduate of Brookdale Community College, Lincroft section of Middletown, and Georgian Court University, Lakewood. Miss Applegate is survived by her life's partner, Warren Shaklee; her parents, Connie and Ron Applegate of Las Vegas; her brother and sister-in-law, Richard and Beth Applegate, and two nephews, Christopher and Robert, all of Howell; her grandmother, Elizabeth Applegate of Freehold Township; and her Seeing Eye dog,Waldo.Amemorial service was held at HigginsMemorial Home, Freehold.Memorial donations may be made to the Seeing Eye, P.O.
