Sally Pace Mrs. Pace, 80, of Freehold, died Feb. 2 at Geraldine L. Thompson Care Center, Wall. She was born in Zejtun, Malta, and settled in Queens, New York, in 1950 before moving to Freehold in 1994. Mrs. Pace was a dietician for the City of New York at Public School No. 27 in College Point before retiring in 1994. She was a communicant at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, Farmingdale. Mrs. Pace is survived by her husband, Francis "Frank" Pace of Freehold; three daughters and sons-in-law, Frances and Alpert Rozansky of Freehold, Joyce and Joseph Whalen of Merrick, N.Y., and Joan and James Baker of Greensboro, N.C.; a sister, Julia Tabone of Malta; and six grandchildren. A funeral service was at Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold, followed by a Mass at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, 31 Asbury Road, Farmingdale. Interment followed at St. Ann's Cemetery, Wall, In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of Mrs. Pace may be made to either St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-1942 or The American Diabetes Association, New Jersey Office, Center Pointe II, Suite 103, 1160 Route 22 East, Bridgewater NJ 08807.
