Park Ave. School to host Hawaiian basket raffle

Escape from winter for the night at the annual Park Avenue Elementary School Basket Raffle. This year's event will be held Feb. 23 and will feature a Hawaiian luau theme. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m. and the raffle will start at 8 p.m. Admission is $10 per person (adults only) and includes desserts, refreshments and chances for door prizes.

Nearly 100 themed baskets will be raffled off.Among the items being offered are a set of four Disney World Hopper passes, a Pentax Digital camera, restaurant gift certificates, a 32-inch LCD television and Broadway theater tickets. Tables can be reserved for parties of eight or more. Guests are welcome to bring food and drinks with them, but alcoholic beverages are not permitted.
