George A. Krukowsky

Mr. Krukowsky, 89, of Farmingdale, died Jan. 19, 2008, at CareOne at Wall, Wall Township. Born in Vermont, he was a lifelong resident of Farmingdale. Mr. Krukowsky worked in the track maintenance department of Jersey Central Railroad from 1943 until his retirement in 1986. He was a former member of the Squankum Fire Company, Howell. He was predeceased by his wife, Lorraine, in 1951 and a daughter, Martha Krukowsky, in 1947. Surviving are a son and daughter-in-law, Peter and Flora Krukowsky of Farmingdale; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. A funeral service was held at Clayton & Mc- Girr Funeral Home, Freehold Township, with the Rev. Harvey Kelley officiating. Interment followed at Evergreen Cemetery, Farmingdale.
