Eleanor V. Profita

Mrs. Profita, 90, of Middletown, died Dec. 27, 2007, at Bayshore Community Hospital, Holmdel. Originally from Brooklyn, N.Y., she was a journal clerk for JP Morgan, New York City, for many years before retiring in 1982. She then became a sales clerk for Zaslow's in Middletown, where she lived for 19 years. Mrs. Profita was predeceased by her husband, Paul, in 1975. Surviving are a daughter and son-inlaw, Patricia and Dennis Basquill of Middletown; a sister-in-law, Mary Caruso of Mount Vernon, Ohio; and several grandchildren. Funeral services were held at St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church, Middletown, followed by burial at Greenwood Cemetery, Brooklyn. The John F.
