Mildred L. Reid

Mrs. Reid, 74, of Jackson, died Dec. 19, 2007, at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township. She was born in the Adelphia section of Howell and had lived in Englishtown before moving to Jackson 25 years ago. Prior to retiring in 1998, Mrs. Reid was a store manager for Mendokers' Quality Bakery, Jamesburg, for 20 years. Surviving are her husband, Joseph Reid Sr.; a son and daughter-in-law, Joseph Jr. and Maria Reid of Naples, Fla.; two daughters and a son-in-law, Sharon and Andre Renaud of Hightstown, and Tami Reid of Monroe; a brother, Walter Textor Jr. of Auburn, Maine; several brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; 10 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. A funeral service was held at Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, Freehold Township, followed by interment at Old Tennent Cemetery, Tennent section of Manalapan.
