Candidates Karcher, Beck both leave much to be desired First, there is the Democratic incumbent, Ellen Karcher, holier than thou crusader against corruption, a person proud to have "worn a wire" for the FBI and Chris Christie's office. Tell us, Ms. Karcher, what deals and promises were made to you from Christie's office to turn a blind eye on your "farm" and its tax exemption along with your failure to properly complete your disclosure form? This form was amended after it was brought to public attention. Funny, no federal charges were lodged against you for your blatant disregard of rules regarding the filing of your disclosure form. And tell us, Ms. holier-than thou, are you proud of your campaign literature which includes excerpts of court transcripts and the name of an incarcerated man? Guess you are so desperate to win re-election, you come up short on integrity, conscience and ethics. Do you not realize your campaign garbage also affects and hurts the families who remain waiting for their loved one? Are you that void of ethics and morals, and completely lacking in sensitivity to stoop so low? I guess you are. You are not worthy to represent anyone. Go back and recount your Christmas trees and maybe this time you'll be truthful. Now we turn our attention to Jennifer Beck, the Republican senatorial candidate challenging Ms. Karcher. Ms. Beck, your garbage literature is just as foul as Karcher's. You chose to stoop just as low using pictures of former officials and providing false information. Obviously you are just as desperate. Do you honestly think you are winning over voters? Don't you realize your tactics are just as vile and reprehensible as Karcher's? The two of you claim bragging rights on ethics. Both of you need to take some sensitivity awareness classes to put you in touch with decency, reality and respect for all humanity. Both of you represent what is truly morally corrupt. We in the 12th District will suffer. No matter who wins the election, the people of the 12th District will be left with the stink. The district would be better served without either one. Since neither is likely to politely step aside, the least they can do is clean up their acts. Roxane Horowitz Marlboro |
