State senator should stay away from food regulations
Ellen Karcher (state senator) still doesn't get it. In a recent article about obesity in the New Jersey, she said that "in the face of anti-obesity measures, we're still fighting upstream."

You would think that after having her office inundated with phone calls by people outraged by her arrogant attempt to decide for people what is good and bad for them, she would get a clue, but clearly she hasn't.

Here's some advice, senator: for most people, it's not about health or obesity or anything like that.

It's about the freedom to make choices for ourselves and our children without interference from some politician who thinks they know better than we do what's best for us and our families.

It's about politicians who treat their constituents like helpless idiots who couldn't exist without the helping hand of government.

Thank you for your concern senator, but I can take care of myself and my family just fine.
