Volunteer group to hold pet adoptions at Petco

Summit Animal Rescue Association Inc., a nonprofit group of volunteers, holds adoptions of rescued cats and kittens at the Petco in Old Bridge, off Route 9 south, every Saturday from noon to 5 p.m.

Each of the cats and kittens has been rescued from the streets or local kill shelters of surrounding communities in both Middlesex and Monmouth counties.
