In the Arts Fans of Elvis Presley music will be shaking their hips Aug. 16 at 7 p.m. when The Roustabouts: The Elvis Rock n' Roll Movie Band performs a "Tribute to Elvis Presley: A Rock & Roll Spectacular" at the Monmouth County Library Headquarters, 125 Symmes Drive, Manalapan. In celebration of Elvis Week, the six-member band will highlight music from "The King's" movies and television specials. Step back to a time when Elvis sang on a Hawaiian beach in a musical tribute featuring tunes like "Teddy Bear," "Return to Sender" and "Can't Help Falling in Love" from movies including "Blue Hawaii," "Viva Las Vegas," "Jailhouse Rock" and "Girls, Girls, Girls." Running Rabbit Family Theatre will present "Goldilocks and the Three Bears" at Pollak Theatre, Monmouth University, West Long Branch. Called one of Shakespeare's most lyrical comedies, "Twelfth Night" will be performed Aug. 9 at 7 p.m. A twin brother and sister are separated by a disastrous shipwreck and cast ashore in the land of Illyria, each thinking the other is dead. As they cross paths with scheming servants, a grieving beauty, and a wise fool, the result is a tale of unrequited love, newfound hope, and irrepressible festivity. The Next Stage Ensemble, one of the divisions of The Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey's Summer Professional Training Program, was created to foster the work of early-career actors.
