Auditions

Kidz-4-Kidz, under the auspices of the Brick Community Players, will hold auditions for "Seussical Jr.," Aug. 11 at 10 a.m. at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, Route 88 (Ocean Road), Point Pleasant; and Aug. 12 at 3 p.m. at the Civic Center Plaza, 270 Chambers Bridge Road, Brick Township. Children ages 5-18 are welcome to audition. Auditioners should be prepared to sing and dance. Details: (732) 840-2015.

Spotlight Players will hold auditions for "Thoroughly Modern Millie," Aug. 29 from 7-9 p.m.; Sept. 5 from 7-9 p.m.; and Sept. 8 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Roles available for teens and adults ages 13 and up. All roles are open for the large cast. All auditions and performances are at the First Presbyterian Church, Route 34, Matawan.

The three divisions of the Concordia Youth Chorale will hold auditions in September. The Junior Chorale (grades 2-6) auditions are on Tuesdays, Sept. 4 and Sept. 11 at 6 p.m. The Youth Chorale (unchanged voices, grades 7-12) auditions are on Tuesdays, Sept. 4 and Sept. 11 at 7 p.m. Both divisions are auditioning at the Middletown United Methodist Church, 924 Middletown-Lincroft Road, Middletown. The new Young Men's Chorale (changed voices, grades 7-12) is auditioning on Mondays, Sept. 10 and Sept. 17 at 8 p.m. at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 150 River Road, Red Bank.
