Summertime film series featured at local libraries

The Monmouth County Library will offer two summer film series at its Manalapan and Marlboro branches, free of charge and open to the public.

The film series "Summer Heat" will be shown at the Marlboro branch on Wyncrest Road, Marlboro, Thursdays at 2 p.m. The series will feature "Beach Party" (1963) on July 26.

The film series "Summertime, Summertime" will be presented at the library's headquarters, 125 Symmes Drive, Manalapan, Tuesdays at 2 p.m. The series will feature "A Place in the Sun" (1951) on July 31.
