Kruise Nite will return June 28

FREEHOLD - The Freehold Center Partnership and the Western Monmouth Chamber of Commerce will host the second Kruise Nite of the season in downtown Freehold on June 28 from 6-10 pm.

This year's major sponsors are BMW of Freehold, DCH Freehold Nissan and DCH Freehold Toyota, all members of the DCH Auto Group.

Motorcycle owners will join vintage car owners to show off their prized vehicles to the many fans who crowd the Freehold streets.

Members of the Freehold Kruisers Car Club will be on hand to direct the vintage car owners on where to park. Motorcycles will be limited to parking on Throckmor-ton Street between West Main and South streets.

Admission is free; however, attendees are asked to contribute monetary donations to the Freehold Open Door food pantry at their booth on West Main Street in the pocket park next to Ameriprise. All restaurants will be open for dining and street vendors and nonprofit organizations will be set up on East Main Street.

Adding sparkle and a little nostalgia to the evening's event will be a performance by rockabilly singer Debra Dyna-mite (Debra Calabro) who will perform from 7-9 p.m. in the Monmouth County Hall of Records parking lot.
