Bible school offers kids the chance to 'travel'

Children will have the opportunity to "travel" the United States while learning about God's love at Old Tennent Church's weeklong vacation Bible school. The program will be held 5:30-8:30 p.m. July 9-13 at the church, Tennent Road in the Tennent section of Manalapan.

Children will "visit" an American city each evening, including Pasedena, Calif.; Louisville, Ky.; Chicago; Tampa Bay, Fla., and Yukon, Alaska. After a light supper, each evening's trip will include songs, skits, crafts, games and Bible stories.

The program is open to all children ages prekindergarten through senior high school. The fee is $10 per child for members of Old Tennent Church and $20 per child for nonmembers.
