Carol Dare Thorne

Mrs. Thorne, 70, died May 19, 2007, at home. Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., she and her husband moved to New Jersey in the late 1960s. Mrs. Thorne is survived by her husband of 52 years, Gerald; three daughters, Lynn Reynolds and Cheryl Arvidson, both of Old Bridge, and Audrey Lotti of Freehold; two sons, Scott Thorne of East Brunswick and Jeff Thorne of Jackson; and 13 grandchildren. A celebration of her life will be held at noon June 2 at St. Peter's Episcopal Church, 33 Throckmorton St., Freehold.
