Zandra Zweber, a freshman in the College of Arts and Sciences at American University, Washington, D.C., has been named to the dean's list for the fall semester. Zweber is a native of Freehold.

David Levy, a freshman in the Kogod School of Business at American University, Washington, D.C., majoring in business administration, has been named to the dean's list for the fall semester. Levy is a native of Manalapan.

Maricar Mabutas, a senior in the College of Arts and Sciences at American University, Washington, D.C., majoring in economics, has been named to the dean's list for the fall semester. Mabutas is a native of Freehold.

Joseph Parisi of Marlboro has been named to the dean's list for the fall semester at Penn State University, State College, Pa. Parisi is a 2003 Marlboro graduate.

Aaron David Asedo of Marlboro has been named to the dean's list for the fall semester at the Savannah College of Art and Design in Savannah, Ga.

Sharon Hope Leff, daughter of Bonnie and Steven Leff of Manalapan, has been elected editor-in-chief of "The Towerlight," Towson University's school and community newspaper. In addition, Leff received the Mark of Excellence award in collegiate journalism for in-depth reporting (first place) and breaking news (third place) from Region 2 of the Society of Professional Journalists. Most recently she was recognized at the annual Towson University Mass Com-munications Awards ceremony for excellence in journalism.
