Gettysburg College, Gettysburg, Pa., has named the following local students to the dean's commendation list for the fall semester: Andrew Davison and Lindsey McCallion, both of Freehold.

Laura Rose Major, a junior psychology major at Dickinson College, Carlisle, Pa., has been named to the dean's list for the fall semester. A graduate of Colts Neck High School, she is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Major of Colts Neck.

Matthew Rosenberg, son of Sylvia and Randall Rosenberg of Marlboro, has been named to the dean's list for the fall semester at Muhlenberg College, Allen-town, Pa. Rosenberg is a graduate of Marlboro High School.

Frederick Fox Jr. of Marlboro has been named to the dean's list for the fall semester at Penn State University Smeal College of Business, State College, Pa. Fox is a 2006 graduate of Marlboro High School.

Tara Lindsay Derris, daughter of Randy and Sandy Derris of Marlboro, has graduated from Hunter College, The City University of New York, where she received a master of science in education degree in childhood education. Derris has been recommended for New York State certification as a teacher of childhood education, grades one through six.

Michael P. D'Ambrise, son of Richard and Antoinette D'Ambrise of Marlboro, has been named to the dean's list for the fall semester at Rutgers College, Rutgers University, New Bruns-wick.
