On Campus Noel Thomas Kavanagh of Marl-boro was recognized during the annual honors convocation at Averett University, Danville, Va. The convocation recognizes students for their accomplishments during the academic year. Kavanagh was named a Virginia Teacher of Promise during the ceremony. He is pursuing a master of education degree in health and physical education.
