Obituaries Dorothy C. (Cottrell) Patton Mrs. Patton, 95, of Englishtown, died March 31, 2007, at CareOne at Holmdel. Born in Keyport, she had resided in Millstone and Matawan for 41 years. She was co-owner of Ceronics Inc., Matawan, for 30 years, where she worked as a bookkeeper and a secretary. Mrs. Patton was a communicant of Millstone United Presbyterian Church. She crocheted baby blankets for Project Linus in connection with the church and was also a former member of the Millstone Senior Citizens. She was predeceased by her husband, Walter Patton, in 1990. Surviving are a son and daughter-in-law, Richard and Jeanne Patton of Englishtown; a brother, Ernest Cottrell of Whiting; and two grandsons. A funeral service was held at the Day Funeral Home, Keyport, followed by interment at Old Tennent Cemetery, Tennent section of Manalapan.
Maria M. Sideris Mrs. Sideris, 87, of Manalapan, died April 12, 2007, at home. She was born in Italy and had lived in Toms River for 15 years before moving to Manalapan seven years ago. Prior to retiring, she was an assembly worker for Glasseal Products Inc., Linden. Mrs. Sideris was predeceased by her husband, Kenneth, as well as a son, Antonio. Surviving are three sons, Salvatore Nistico of Elizabeth, Cosimo Nistico of Scotch Plains and Damiano Nistico of Old Bridge; a daughter and son-in-law, Rosanna and Phil Morris of Manalapan; nine grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. A funeral service was held at Freeman Manalapan-Marlboro Funeral Home, Manalapan, followed by interment at Old Tennent Cemetery, Tennent section of Manalapan. Memorial donations may be made to the Visiting Nurse Association (VNA) of Central Jersey, 141 Bodman Place, Red Bank 07701-9978.
Robert Mount Mr. Mount, 76, of Freehold Township, died April 1, 2007, at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township. Born in Long Branch, he was a lifelong resident of Freehold Township. He was employed by the Clausen Co., Fords section of Woodbridge, and was an appliance serviceman at Fielder and Warner, Belmar, for 30 years. Mr. Mount was also a past president of the North Shore Antique Auto Club. Surviving are two daughters, Laura Blake of Wall Township and Cyndy Howell of LaVergne, Tenn.; a brother, Willard Mount of Brick; five grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and great-grandchildren. Freeman Funeral Home, Freehold, was in charge of arrangements. Interment was private.
Rose-Marie "Bunny" Turley Mrs. Turley, 73, of Jackson, died April 17, 2007, at her daughter's home in Jackson. She was born in Manhattan, N.Y., and had lived in Old Bridge before moving to Jackson in 1983. A graduate of the Bellevue School of Nursing in Manhattan, she was a veterinary assistant at Bricktown Veterinary Hospital, Brick. She was a choir member at Cathedral of the Air, Naval Air Engineering Station, Lakehurst, and a member of the American Rabbit Breeders Association. She was also a 4-H volunteer. Mrs. Turley was predeceased by her husband, Joseph Turley, in 1986. She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Joseph and LisaMarie Turley of Charlotte, N.C.; three daughters and two sons-in-law, Rose-Marie Turley of Freehold Township, Catherine "Cathy" and Garland Grammer of Jackson, and Carolyn "Cindy" and Keith Sanford of Nescopeck, Pa.; a sister, Kathryn Marciano of Union; and 10 grandchildren. A funeral Mass was celebrated at St. Robert Bellarmine Roman Catholic Church, Freehold Township, followed by interment at Forest Green Park Cemetery, Marlboro. The Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, Freehold Township, was in charge of arrangements.
