Get an 'extreme health makeover' in 10 weeks

Monmouth Worship Center will offer a 10-week course for the community called "Extreme Health Makeover." The course will cover nutrition, exercise, stress and time management and how to have a healthy immune system. Begin-ning April 4 at 7:45 p.m., the course will be taught by Dr. Joseph Cilea.
