+ The regular monthly meeting of the Battleground Historical Society will be held March 23 at 7:30 p.m. at the Village Inn, Main and Water streets, Englishtown. The Brick Township historian and founding president of the Brick Township Historical Society will discuss the book, "A Family of Soldiers, Letters Home to Herbertsville from the Civil War." + The Knights of Columbus Prince of Peace Council No. 5903 Manalapan-Englishtown will serve a community breakfast, March 25, in Petri Hall at St. Thomas More Roman Catholic Church, 186 Gordon's Corner Road, Manalapan.
