Amy R. Schwartz, daughter of Barbara and Ira Schwartz of Marlboro, was awarded a master of arts degree in international politics/international relations by the University of Manchester, Manchester, England, on Nov. 24. A 2001 graduate of Marlboro High School, she plans to work and reside in Manchester, England.

Bradley Pollock, son of Sandy and Mary Pollock of Marlboro, has been named to the dean's list for the fall semester at Rochester Institute of Technology, Rochester, N.Y. A third-year student in RIT's College of Applied Science and Technology, Pollock is studying packaging science. He is a 2004 graduate of Marlboro High School.

Jeffrey Neely of Freehold has been named to the dean's list for the fall semester at Johnson & Wales University, North Miami, Fla., where he is pursuing an associate's degree in culinary arts from the College of Culinary Arts.

Jacob Roth of Manalapan has been named to the dean's list for the fall semester at Johnson & Wales University, Charlotte, N.C., where he is pursuing an associate's degree in culinary arts from the College of Culinary Arts.

Tom Smith, son of Jeanette and Tom Smith of Howell, has been named to the dean's list for the fall quarter at Rochester Institute of Technology, Rochester, N.Y., where he is a freshman in the College of Applied Science and Technology. A 2006 graduate of Freehold High School, Freehold Borough, Smith is studying computer engineering technology.

Jackie Dicker of Marlboro was named to the dean's list for the fall semester at the University of Maryland, College Park, Md., where she is in her sophomore year. Dicker is a criminal justice major, a Spanish and rhetoric minor, and is a member of both the dance team and Tri Delta. She is a 2005 graduate of Marlboro High School.

Johnson & Wales University, Providence, R.I., has named the following local residents to the dean's list for the fall semester: Meagan O'Flaherty of Freehold; Samantha Falcone and Katherine Giordano of Manalapan; and Caitlyn Nuss and Seth Petraroli of Marlboro.

University of Wisconsin, Madison, has named the following local students to the dean's list for the fall semester: Sydney Blair Roth of Colts Neck; Daniel Aron Reich and Jeremy Ian Reich of Manalapan; and Zachary Robert Cohen, Amy J. Cooperstein, Rachel Lauren Maslansky and Aasha Sangam Reddy of Marlboro.
