     Deanna Shea, daughter of Kathy and Paul Shea of Freehold, was named to the dean’s list for the spring semester at Rutgers University’s Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy, Piscataway. She is a 2004 graduate of Freehold High School, Freehold Borough.

Teachers meet guidelines
     MARLBORO — New Jersey’s Highly Qualified Teacher (HQT) 2005 Survey Results for the Marlboro K-8 School District indicated that 98.4 percent of teachers meet the federal guidelines. In fact, according to a press release from the school district, that percentage of HQT compliance is even higher.
