Scott E. Goldberg, son of Felice and Alan Goldberg of Marlboro, was placed on the dean’s list for distinguished academic achievement for the fall semester at Quinnipiac University, Hamden, Conn.

Darren B. Bloom, son of Mr. and Mrs. Barry A. Bloom of Englishtown, earned high honors for the fall semester at Vanderbilt University, Nashville, Tenn., where he is enrolled in the School of Engineering.

Brian Horowitz, son of Rita and Abe Horowitz of Marlboro, was named to the dean’s list for the fall semester at the University of Wisconsin, Madison, where he is enrolled in the College of Letters and Sciences. He has been accepted for admission to the university’s School of Business, Madison campus. He is a 2003 graduate of Marlboro High School.

Allison Higgins of Freehold was placed on the dean’s list for the fall semester at Northeastern University, Boston.

Marisa Peck of Manalapan was named to the dean’s list for the fall semester at the College of Education at Arizona State University, Tempe. She is a 2002 graduate of Manalapan High School.

Michael Cacciapalle, son of Marie and Joseph Cacciapalle of Freehold Township, has been awarded the Robert E. White Endowed Scholarship for Chemical Engineering at Villanova University, Villanova, Pa. He is a 2003 graduate of Christian Brothers Academy, Lincroft.

Danielle Urciuoli, daughter of Cathy and Michael Urciuoli of Marlboro, was named to the dean’s list for the fall semester at Towson University, Md., where she is majoring in biology.

Marion-Anna E. Protano of Manalapan received faculty honors for the fall semester at Trinity College, Hartford, Conn.

Jacqueline Smith of Manalapan achieved second honors for academic accomplishments during the fall semester at Georgetown University, Washington, D.C.

Lauren L. Gubkin, daughter of Debbie Gubkin of Marlboro, was named to the dean’s list for the fall semester at Boston University, Boston, where she is a senior in the School of Management. She is a 2001 graduate of Colts Neck High School.

Denise M. Elliott of Marlboro was named to the dean’s list for the fall semester at The College of New Jersey, Ewing.

Noelle Sciacca of Manalapan was named to the dean’s list for the fall semester at Liberty University, Lynch-burg, Va.

Alex S. Rich of Manalapan was placed on the dean’s list for the fall semester at the Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta.

Jason Caretsky, son of Melodye and Larry Caretsky of Marlboro, was named to the dean’s list for the fall semester at the University of Wisconsin, Madison, where he is enrolled in the College of Letters and Sciences. He has been accepted to the Grainger School of Business. He is a 2003 graduate of Marl-boro High School.
