Candidate’s position did not square with facts of issue
     I read with great dismay Marlboro Republican Township Council candidate Mike Viggiano’s recent letter criticizing the council. Recently the council rejected the costly and time-consuming process of hearing appeals of decisions by the Zoning Board of Adjustment to the council.
