     When campaigning for governor in 2001, Democratic candidate James McGreevey talked about eliminating tolls on the Garden State Parkway by 2007. McGreevey did not seem to have much conviction about actually eliminating tolls, however.

on affordable housing
     Marlboro’s on the wrong path with old, elitist attitudes. Right now there are negotiations and builder remedies that will result in perhaps 1,500 new homes, all dumped on the town in short order. It can’t be stopped.
