Jeffrey Mueller, son of Cathy and Ken Mueller of Manalapan, was placed on the dean’s list for the fall semester at Muhlenberg College, Allentown, Pa.

Zachary Kushel, son of Ellen and Paul Kushel of Marlboro, has been named to the dean’s list for the fall semester at Cornell University, Ithaca, N.Y. He is a 2002 graduate of Marlboro High School.

Amanda Gold, daughter of Audrey and Mark Gold of Manalapan, was named to the dean’s list for the academic year Penn State University, State College, Pa. She is a 2001 graduate of Manalapan High School.

Christian Roche of Howell was selected president of the Lehigh University Chapter of Chi Epsilon, the national civil engineering honor society, A junior at Lehigh, Bethlehem, Pa., he has a dual major in both integrated business and engineering honors program, and in civil engineering.

Syracuse (N.Y.) University has announced that Jaclyn Stoller and Michelle Stoller, of Manalapan, have been inducted into the university’s chapter of the National Residence Hall Honorary. The two freshmen are majoring in Spanish and inclusive elementary education in the College of Arts and Sciences and School of Education.

Rowan University, Glassboro, has inducted the following local students into the Golden Key International Honor Society: Kristina Spirito of Freehold; and Stacey J. Goldberg, Kathryn L. Leibel and Doris M. Parkin, of Manalapan.

American University, Washington, D.C., has named the following local students to the dean’s list for the fall semester: Rachel Weiner of Marlboro, a senior in the School of Public Affairs; and Matthew Pelligrino of Manalapan, a senior in the School of International Service.

Dara B. Goldrich, daughter of Jay and Lisa Goldrich of Marlboro, has been named to the dean’s list for the fall semester at Rutgers College, Rutgers University, New Brunswick.

Joshua Rog, son of Robin and Stewart Rog of Marlboro, was named to the fall dean’s list at Cornell University, College of Arts and Sciences, Ithaca, N.Y. He is a 2002 graduate of Marlboro High School.

Meredith Rog, daughter of Robin and Stewart Rog of Marlboro, was named to the fall dean’s list at Cornell University, College of Arts and Sciences, Ithaca, N.Y. She is a 2000 graduate of Marlboro High School.

Elissa A. Gross, daughter of Marsha and Kevin Gross of Marlboro, was named to the dean’s list for the fall semester at Penn State University, State College, Pa. The 2002 graduate of Marlboro High School is majoring in political science.

Michelle G. Levy, daughter of Susan and Michael Levy of Manalapan, was named to the fall semester dean’s list at Rutgers College, Rutgers Univer-sity, New Brunswick. A 2002 graduate of Manalapan High School, she has been accepted to the School of Communica-tion.

Peter Garavuso, son of Laura and Ronald Garavuso of Marlboro, has been named to the dean’s list for the fall semester at Rutgers University, New Brunswick. He is a 2001 graduate of Marlboro High School.

Libre J. Katzman, daughter of Bernice and Steven Katzman of Marl-boro, was named to the dean’s list for the fall semester at Rutgers College, Rutgers University, New Brunswick.

Arielle L. Katzman, daughter of Bernice and Steven Katzman of Marl-boro, was named to the dean’s list for the fall semester at Brandeis University, Waltham, Mass.

Christopher Romano, son of Tom and Sue Romano of Manalapan, has earned dean’s list honors for the fall semester at St. Joseph’s University, Philadelphia. A graduate of Manalapan High School, he is majoring in international relations.

Rebecca Silberberg, daughter of Steve and Nina Silberberg of Manal-apan, was named to the dean’s list for the fall semester at Columbia Univer-sity, New York. She is a 2001 graduate of Manalapan High School.

Megan Shea of Farmingdale was recently honored with a Chancellor’s Award for Public Service for her participation in the Syracuse (N.Y.) University CookShop program, a nutritional program designed to draw elementary school children into the learning process. She is a sophomore majoring in nutrition at the university’s College of Human Services and Health Professions.
