CentraState Healthcare System’s As­soci­ated Auxiliaries recently awarded $500 schol­arships to seven individuals who are pursuing careers in the medical field.

The auxiliaries normally offer three $500 scholarships each year to deserving members of the community — two to graduating seniors and one to an adult re­turning to college — but this year chose seven high-achieving candi­dates.

The recipients are: Lisa Capomaggio, Monmouth County Academy of Allied Health and Science; William Largen, Monmouth County Academy of Allied Health and Sci­ence; Yonathon Litwok, Marlboro High School; Genie Suk, Free­hold Township High School; Sunena Tewani, Freehold Borough High School; Jennifer Wakeman, Colts Neck High School; and Jason Weinberger, Freehold Township High School.
