FARRAH MAFFAI Tony DiBartolis plays trumpet with Jimmy Givens and the All-Stars under the protection of the Kuschick Pavilion at the Manalapan Recreation Center Saturday afternoon. Heavy rain that struck the area right at the start of the “Manalapan Under the Stars and Stripes” event forced the cancellation of the community celebration. No makeup date has been announced.
