JERRY WOLKOWITZ A Colts Neck police officer examines the scene of a serious motor vehicle accident on the morning of July 3 after a van that had been traveling north on Route 18 left the highway and crashed onto Route 537 below. The driver, Moses President, 58, of Jersey City, was ejected from the van before it hit Route 537. He remained in critical condition on Monday at Jersey Shore Medical Center, Neptune.
