Mr. Horne, 22, of Freehold Township, died Jan. 28, 2010, in Bethlehem, Pa., from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. He was a graduate of Freehold High School, and had been working toward a degree in political science at Brookdale Community College, Lincroft.
